What changes the price
- Number of teeth
- One implant with a crown costs far less than replacing a full arch. Several missing teeth can often share implants with a bridge.
- Extractions
- Removing a failing tooth first adds a separate fee. Our tooth extraction special can lower it.
- Bone grafting
- If the jaw has thinned, a graft may be needed before the implant. All-on-4 angles implants to avoid grafting in many cases.
- Type of restoration
- A single crown, an implant bridge and a full-arch fixed bridge each use different materials and lab work.
- Imaging and planning
- 3D imaging shows bone and nerve position so the implant goes in the right place the first time.
- Insurance and financing
- Many PPO plans cover part of the crown or extraction. CareCredit can spread the rest into monthly payments.

Implant cost FAQs
How much is a single dental implant?
At Healthy Smiles California a complete single implant, including the implant, abutment and crown, is $1,299* for qualifying patients. Extractions, grafting or extra imaging are priced separately if you need them.
How much does All-on-4 cost?
Full-arch price depends on whether you need extractions, the material of the final bridge, and one or both arches. We are currently taking $5,000 off full-arch treatment, and you get the exact price in writing at your free consult.
Does insurance cover dental implants?
Some PPO plans cover part of the implant crown, extractions or imaging even if they exclude the implant itself. We accept Medi-Cal and most PPO plans and check your benefits before treatment.
Can I make monthly payments?
Yes. We accept CareCredit. You can check whether you prequalify online in minutes without affecting your credit score.
Why are some implant prices advertised much lower?
Low ads sometimes cover only the implant post, not the abutment and crown. Our $1,299* price is for the complete tooth. Always ask whether a quote includes all three parts.
